"Life Essentials": Animated Typeface Design
Titled 'Life Essentials', this animated type design is a self-initiated project that was designed to inspire good lifestyle habits and positive behavioural attributes. A little guide of well-being, it stemmed from moments of realisation during the pandemic when the importance of not only physical health but also mental wellness was at its peak.
Full of empathy and energy this typeface pairs happy colours with powerful illustrations. The use of animated hands and fingers help enunciate the feelings by way of gestures and movements. Each letter in the alphabet is designed to remind people of the small things in life that are of utmost importance - be it a habit, a perspective, an attitude or a life-skill.
